Demonstrations

Nothing will give you a better sense of how easy a system is to use than trying it yourself. Some vendors do on-site demos. Others will invite you to try the system in their office, and some will even provide an online demo. If the two of you can't get together as for a demo CD that will allow you look at the system before you make a decision. Either way, a demo is strongly recommended if you are unfamiliar with POS systems.
